If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • All customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Refunds will be initiated in case the quality of the delivered product is poor or not acceptable.
  • In case of size issues of t-shirts, exchange shall be done.
  • Phone cases are also final sale, and can not be exchanged.

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the order delivery.
  • The item to be exchanged must be returned within 28 days
  • The exchanged item mustn’t have visible signs of wear or use.
  • The buyer will have to bear the cost of returning, once the exchange is confirmed, we will pay and ship the new product.
