If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help!
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- All customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Refunds will be initiated in case the quality of the delivered product is poor or not acceptable.
- In case of size issues of t-shirts, exchange shall be done.
- Phone cases are also final sale, and can not be exchanged.
Exchange Guidelines:
- Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the order delivery.
- The item to be exchanged must be returned within 28 days
- The exchanged item mustn’t have visible signs of wear or use.
- The buyer will have to bear the cost of returning, once the exchange is confirmed, we will pay and ship the new product.
